In the event of a significant increase or decrease in taxes or other governmental impositions and the need for customer fee adjustment, rates shall be adjusted to reflect such increase or decrease. SPECIAL PROVISIONS 1. Establishment Charge: A non-refundable fee in the amount of $2000.00 will be assessed to each new or different consumer and/or person who applies for water service at the customer's delivery point. Payment of the Establishment Charge shall be rendered prior to establishment of service. 2. Reconnection Fee: A $50.00 Reconnection Fee will be paid prior to the renewing of water service, as well as any past-due bills, late fees and penalties. 3. Late Fee: A $5.00 late fee will be applied monthly. This will be applied after a 5-day grace period following the payment due date. 4. Check returned for insufficient funds; $25.00 fee TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Subject to the District’s Water Ordinance.
